Last night we were lucky enough to be invited to Rodarte's after party. After presenting an amazing spring collection complete with a smoke filled runway and geometric arm tattoos, everyone closest to Laura and Kate Mulleavy, the sister design duo, headed to Grotto on the Lower East Side. The designers sat down to dinner with their friends and fans including Kirsten Dunst. After dinner everyone moved inside and crammed into the narrow space to drink and schmooze with the celebrity guests including Jason Schwartzman, Elijah Wood and editor of Visionaire, Cecilia Dean. When I left the party hours later, people were still dancing and soaking up all the fabulousness that makes fashion week so special.
