We always look forward to Michael Kors' show, not just for the great clothes, but for its strong lineup of models as well. We loved seeing Carmen Kass open the show, this time in a white leather dress, distantly related to the strapless black one that was a customer favorite from fall.
The color palette looked fresh and sweet juxtaposed with the neons from F/W '09: sky, wisteria, mint and lavender were grounded in white, black, creme.
Michael knows his way around a sheath dress and there were plenty to love here. Other details: sculpted silhouettes, zippers, cut-outs, painterly abstract prints, Lucite oversized bauble necklaces. Favorite look: simple ivory crepe bouclé dress worn by Chanel Iman.
Unexpected celebrity sighting: Michael Douglas--unmistakable with his silver fox hair.
