I had a chance to see MAC & Milk Studios in action at the Erin Fetherston show. Cool people, cool place! You walk into the studio to this great mural with both logos mixed into it.
Not only are they hosting fashion shows this week, but they are also doing photo shoots and fashion presentations. Here's a picture of the press room:
All the designer events at Milk Studios this week have the extra benefit of having MAC Cosmetics involved to do the makeup for their show.
Here at Erin Fetherston the main focus was on eyes. The inspiration for this look was based on Helmut Newton girls that you see in his photographs. To create these soft, smoky eyes, they started with dark brown cream liner as a base, then layered warm brown shadows in Brun for depth and Cork to soften it. Then for extra definition, they used Coffee Pencil in the inner rims.
