The only makeup statement you can make along with the Maori-inspired tattoos at Rodarte is with the color BLACK. This dark, dramatic color continues to infuse itself into the beauty world. The look started with flawless skin, sculptural application on eyes and cheeks, and black-tinted lips. Here, the MAC team shaped the lips with Beet Lip Pencil and then used a MAC Pro product in black. Believe it or not, next week on Sept 24th at our Nordstrom counters, MAC will launch a new color collection called Style Black. Deborah Lippmann was on hand to create those black nails to complete this edgy look. She used Funky Chunky which is more than just a black nail polish. It actually has black sequins in the bottle that when applied to the nail give it a textural look.
