Taking care of yourself is a big part of fashion. Keeping your skin clear, and your body healthy has a huge impact on how you preform in your day to day activities. Here are some tricks to keeping your body in tip top shape.
Sun Screen
As a swimmer, I know the importance of sun screen and taking care of your skin in the sun. Sun screen today can make the difference for tomorrow!
Moisturizer
This is an important part of my daily routine. After showering, when your skin is fresh and clean, using lotion to keep your skin from being dry will keep it beautiful longer.
Washing your Face
No matter how tired you are after a fun night out with friends, take your makeup off and scrub your face. This rids dirt and oil from your pores preventing acne. It is also fun if you pick a good smelling face wash. My favorite is the grapefruit face srub by Orgeons.
Treat Yourself
Whether it be a chocolate ice cream or a trip to the mall, make sure to reward yourself. Everything is healthy in moderation. I like to get a facial at the local spa. It is a refreshing splurge that I can feel good about making
