BP. Fashion Board: Fit Fashion

Now that school is out and bikini season is upon us, I have been working out more to stay healthy and in shape. Whenever I go to the gym or out running, I still like to look put together. After all, cute athletic clothes make me feel more confident and motivated to work out.

One of my favorite ways to exercise is yoga. It's so relaxing and helps increase my posture as well. Since yoga requires lots of funky poses, it is best to wear clothing that is form-fitting. Yoga pants are extremely comfortable and not to mention adorable. Find ones with patterned or brightly colored waistbands. Add a matching sports bra and/or tight tank on top to complete the look!

Throw on a fitted jacket for when you head outside. While a sports bra may be acceptable while working out, it isn't always when out and about in public. Don't forget to put your hair up in a bun either to keep it from getting in your face.

Off-the-shoulder sweatshirts are also really popular for exercising. Put one on over your favorite fun tank before a jog during a breezy morning. For hotter weather, try an off-the-shoulder tee.

Working out with a buddy can make the experience more enjoyful. Best friends Lauren Conrad and Lo Bosworth work out together in style! I love the way they take advantage of the fresh air; bring along your biggest and most favorite sunglasses while running or walking outside this summer.
