Behind the Scenes: Take One

Hey fashionistas!

So today I am behind the scenes of a BP homecoming photo shoot in Seattle! Exciting, right? I'll be live blogging all day long so be sure to stay updated. Above I'm with Ines from Marketing at Nordstrom and Lily from Social Media. They're here to oversee things and help me out. Everyone has been extremely friendly and welcoming.

 

Being behind the scenes of an actual photo shoot has made me realize all the work that goes into even just one shot. Without all of the amazing people to help with hair, makeup, nails, styling, shooting, producing, etc., none of what we see online or in catalogs would be possible. The models currently just finished prepping with hair and makeup so they are ready to be photographed.

 

And BP has planned tons of great looks. Just like the Prom Style Guide, there is going to be a Homecoming Style Guide. The three categories are Body Con, Vintage Inspired, and Hollywood Glam. Check out their inspiration boards below...
