French Daydreams

Today I finished my last final which was a presentation on a topic of my choice for my French six class.  My topic of choice was "A la Mode Francaise" or French Fashion.  I made a powerpoint and an inspiration board and I found so many chic pictures that I just had to share.  

Here is a picture of the Paris inspiration board that I made!  When I look at this, I imagine myself at a cafe in Paris overlooking the Eiffel Tower...

I picked up a few French fashion magazines, like this French Vogue, to help me with my project.

I also researched French designers such as Coco Chanel, Christian Dior, Hubert de Givenchy, Yves Saint Laurent, Louis Vuitton, Nina Ricci, Lanvin, Catherine Malandrino, Thierry Mugler, Christian Louboutin and many others.

Keep dreaming of the day when you will explore Paris in your Christian Louboutins while looking just as stylish as the locals but while still remaining your fabulous American self!  Wherever you dream of visiting, whether it is Paris, Milan, Tokyo, New York or anywhere and everywhere else, remember not to give up on your dreams.  You can accomplish anything that you set your mind to and you can make it anywhere in the world.
